Refund policy
Please read, in full, our Policies and Terms prior to placing an order. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand, and accept the terms detailed below. You further acknowledge that BGWT is not responsible for any package delays, lost packages, or packages damaged during delivery. We do our best, but please note that once a package leaves BGWT, we are not responsible for how, when it is delivered, nor in what condition it will arrive.
Refunds. All sales are non-refundable.
Processing. After orders are placed, please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Processing time is separate from shipping time. We make every effort possible to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but understand that many industries are experiencing delays in processing and shipping times.
Shipping Provider. BGWT ships domestically and shipping times may vary depending upon your location. Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS. We do not have expedited shipping options. We quote, but do not guarantee, 21 days for domestic delivery. If you need your order prior to 21 days, please do not take the risk of placing an order as USPS is experiencing unprecedented delays due to short staffing and the pandemic. Route Protection is encouraged.
Shipping Delays. Please note that orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our direct control. We know how excited you are to receive your BGWT merchandise, but please be patient with us. Once your package arrives to USPS, we cannot control the length of time necessary for USPS to deliver. If you wish to check the status of your package once it is in transit, please contact USPS directly with your tracking details. USPS estimates, but does not guarantee, expected delivery dates which could vary. We do not handle inquires requesting tracking updates as that is handled with the courier service.
Missing or Damaged Package. If USPS marks your package as delivered, but it was not received, please contact USPS for GPS details on your delivery or to file a claim. BGWT is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to USPS.
Damaged Items. All sales are non-refundable. In the event your order arrives and is damaged, please e-mail support@blackgirlswithteslas.com within three (3) days of receipt. Be sure to include your name, order number, brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item in question. We assess these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase
Placing An Order. We cannot make changes to an order once it is placed. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct name, billing details, and mailing address. BGWT is not responsible for any issues with non-delivery due to errors in the address provided at the time the order is placed.
E-mail/SMS Confirmation. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an e-mail after you place your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us. When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. We will periodically send you emails and SMS text messages via your phone number.
Contact. Any order inquiries should be directed to us via email at the following address: support@blackgirlswithteslas.com. Be sure to include your name, email address associated with the order, and order number in any e-mail communications. Please understand that responding to e-mails does take time away from fulfilling orders. Therefore, if you send an e-mail requesting delivery status prior to the 2-3 day processing time and 21 day shipping time set forth above, you will not receive a response and your order is subject to cancellation. E-mail is the only acceptable form of contact for any order inquiry.

Future Orders. BGWT reserves the right to refuse/reject future orders from past customers who have violated the above terms and conditions.
